1.PLACING AN ORDER
When ordering a jacket, please go to the checkout page and follow the indicated instructions. After purchasing, you will receive an order confirmation from firstname.lastname@example.org within one day (check your spam folder too).
For payments, we work with Pay Pro and we accept iDeal and PayPal. The payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order. You confirm that the information that is being used is yours, or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner to use it.
3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFORMATION
After ordering a product, you will receive your insured DHL package including Track & Trace within 1 week (delivery time up to max. 5 working days). If you are ordering from abroad, orders within Europe will take 1-2 weeks (delivery time up to max. 10 working days). Delivery costs within the Netherlands €7,25.
If you are not available when your parcel arrives, the carrier will leave a note telling where it is. Parcels might be left in a safe place where applicable, otherwise the carrier will provide details on where to collect your order or how to rearrange delivery.
Please note: In case of public holidays, new collections, unexpected personal circumstances of staff and sale periods, the delivery times may be longer than usual.

In general, we accept all returns within 30 days after you have received your Hey Chaley order (please note that certain campaigns can have other conditions). We require the products to be in their original packaging and state including their tags, unwashed, unworn and unaltered in any way. Please note that shipping costs or import duties for a return shipment or an exchange are not covered or reimbursed by Hey Chaley. Therefore, refunds will be issued excluding the return costs. Hey Chaley is insured for sent or returned packages lost in the return shipping.
We aim to process returns as quickly as possible, but we do ask for 30 days after receiving your return before you are refunded. Hey Chaley cannot exchange your product. Should you be interested in an alternative product, please return your product to us and simply purchase the new product separately at www.heychaley.nl.

Hey Chaley is not able to cancel or make changes to your order after it has been made, so make sure that everything is correct before you check out. The same applies to the delivery address or payment method once your order is completed.
6. SECURITY & PRIVACY
Hey Chaley stores email address and card information of every placed order. We are committed to protecting the security of your personal information and protect your personal details. Your information (if checked on the contact form) can be used for direct marketing activities, including e-mail.
7. VAT / TAXES
For customers within the Netherlands and the European Union, VAT (21%) is included in all prices.
